WEEK 63: My son, Heritage Day, and some of the tallest dogs in the world!

Hey everyone.
This week has been pretty intense.
My son Elder Church got here on Wednesday.
He is from Sandy Utah. Dope guy. We work well together.
I sometimes forget how many wierd zulu words and SA expressions I use until I have someone new with me that I have to be like "oh yeah a gogo is a old lady btw"
But its good times. We are working hard and I am sure we will see many miracles this transfer.
Last Monday, the Moody's (the Newcastle senior couple) took us to a wildlife reserve so I got to see some warthogs, impalas, giraffes, zebras, wilderbeasts, and such. It was super nice.

Wednesday was also when Elder Miller left so I included a picture of him hugging Sister Deborah's tuck shop goodbye.

Yesterday was Heritage Day (the email shops closed which is why I am emailing today). It is a day where people celebrate their culture, which here in Madadeni is zulu culture.
We had an activity at the church on Saturday. There was a lot of traditional foods and we saw some traditional dances. It was really cool.
The missionaries were also asked to give a dance. I will include the video if possible but it was quite great.

Have a fantastic week everyone!
Elder Hinnen
